About
I have a BA in Theoretical and Applied Linguistics from the University of Cyprus, and I am completing an Erasmus Mundus MSc in Clinical Linguistics. I am a member of the Cyprus Acquisition Team and I am currently enrolled at the University of Potsdam in Germany.
My BA thesis project explored impaired syntax in Cypriot Greek-speaking populations with neurogenic conditions, with a focus on the interaction between dialectal micro-variation and language breakdown. My MSc thesis project is concerned with the development of language-appropriate screening tools for developmental language disorders.
Beyond Linguistics, I am also an active advocate for and occasional contributor to Cultural and Knowledge Commons and of Free-Libre Software.
